Construction has begun in Poland on the brand-new furnace for a major international glass producer – Ardagh Glass Packaging – Wyszków. Forglass was chosen by the environmentally-conscious investor because of the company’s reputation for unparalleled quality, as well as engineering prowess.
The new furnace, based on technology developed by Forglass (with full automation and safety systems, including gas supply), will deliver over 400 tons of glass per day to three forehearths, also designed, manufactured and installed by Forglass. The innovative technology ensures that the new furnace will be more environmentally-friendly due to lower energy consumption and lower emission of greenhouse gases.
