We design the PLC system configuration, taking into account performance, reliability and safety requirements. During programming, we conduct tests and simulations in our workshop. We verify the correct operation of PLC control functions, as well as data exchange interfaces with SCADA systems and HMI panels. In this way, we reduce the time required for on-site commissioning and limit the possibility of errors.

In addition to new startups, we also handle the modernization and optimization of existing systems. Also during ongoing production on a “live system”.
