Our R&D expert and head of department, Mr. Marian Klisch PhD currently leads a seminar for glass producers. The second session on February 25 will be entitled: “From dog house to throat” including aspects of melting tank geometry, the sequence of process stages, batch blanket, foam, glass homogeneity. All these aspects are analyzed based on the state of the art furnace Mathematical Simulations done by our R&D team. This powerful tool lets us see the unseen – what happens in glass behind the tank wall of furnace and receive very realistic data.
