FORGLASS celebrates two years of partnership with LifePlan
The second edition of LifePlan, the developmental program for teenagers has just been completed. LifePlan, which FORGLASS has proudly partnered with, is an 8-month development scholarship program for teenagers (12-16), based on the Pole Method developed by Marek Kamiński, a well-known Polish polar explorer and traveller.
LifePlan participants formulate their goals and learn how to achieve them. During the program they have the opportunity to build self-esteem and a winning attitude. Participants develop new competences that realistically allow them to shape their lives and make better decisions.
25 young people aged 14-16 took part in the second edition of LifePlan and they all graduated! Most importantly, this year four great companies have joined the group of sponsors:
Quest Change Managers with president Krzysztof Sarnecki – a business consultancy company
Stando with president Andrzej Stefanowski – a company that specializes in transporting chocolate
Kofea with president Elżbieta Lamber – coffee producer
TEQUM and president Marek Dyduch – a company that designs large industrial facilities
Together with these companies, we have decided to take responsibility for ensuring the stability of financing that is necessary for the development of LifePlan. By removing the pressure to look for sponsors from the Foundation, we let them to focus on what they do best, changing the lives of teenagers. We encourage other entrepreneurs to join our group of sponsors, who not only make a money transfer, but also willingly share knowledge and experience with young people, who need it most.
Jasiek Mela, a disabled teenager, reached both the North and South Poles in one year with Marek Kamiński. What he learned through that experience is now included in the 8-month LifePlan program and does not require a polar expedition – the scholarship for one participant is 10,000 PLN (€ 2,400).
We invite you to sponsor at least one child every year – you will soon find out what good the money has done. What’s important is not the amount, but the continuity and stability of funds, so that LifePlan program can grow, just like we grow our companies.

Together, we can positively shape the next generation!
