Expectations

  • Collage or University degree or ongoing studies
  • Experience in working with a team of active people
  • Knowledge of English at B2/C1 level or higher – with fluency in both writing and speaking
  • Good communication skills ease of making new contacts and networkng
  • Commitment, initiative, sense of responsibility, independence
  • Creativity combined with a strong focus on achieving goals
  • Willingness to expand own knowledge
  • Passion and “can-do” attitude

Duties

  • Creating innovative recruitment projects in line with the company’s image
  • Actively searching for candidates using professional recruitment methods
  • Recruiting candidates using the Direct Search method, analyzing the labor market in terms of information about the latest trends, publishing job offers on portals
  • Arranging and conducting recruitment meetings and telephone interviews, providing feedback after meetings with candidates.
  • Coming up with initiatives in the area of soft HR and implementing those initiatives
  • Activities in the area of Employer Branding
